About these terms

These terms apply to the Today's Dish («طبق اليوم») app and website, made by Moonshift. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What the app does

Today's Dish suggests what to cook: a main dish with matching sides, based on the ingredients and preferences you choose. It can also keep a meal plan, a pantry, favorites, reminders and recipes. Suggestions and recipes are general guidance for home cooking.

Food, allergies and health

• The app filters suggestions by the diet and the ingredients you tell it to avoid, using our ingredient lists. These lists may be incomplete or may differ from how you or a shop prepares a dish.
• Always check the ingredients yourself, especially if you or anyone you cook for has a food allergy, intolerance or medical diet. The app is not medical or nutritional advice.
• Follow safe food handling: cook food fully, store it properly, and check what you buy.

Your account

• You may use the app as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account.
• Give correct information when you sign up, and use the app only for your own household's meal planning.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your personal data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: don't try to break, overload or get around its limits, don't access other people's data, don't copy the app's content in bulk, and don't submit custom tags that are offensive or unlawful. We may refuse, remove or reject submitted content, and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Our content

The app, its dish and recipe content, photos, names and design belong to Moonshift or its licensors. You may use them to plan and cook your own meals. Don't copy, sell or republish them without permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that every suggestion will suit you. We may change, add or remove features. When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Moonshift is not liable for indirect losses, or for any harm from food you choose to prepare, including from allergies or ingredients you did not check. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
